Flavorful Pot Roast w/ Mashed Potatoes
I've made many different pot roast recipes in my lifetime but this one is full of flavor and super easy that anyone can make it.
Serves 6-8
2. In a 5 quart crock pot, add onion, carrots and celery to bottom. Top with the chuck roast then pour over the dressing mixture.
3. Cook on low for 9-10 hours or until the meat is falling apart. Serve with mashed potatoes or a crusty bread to soak up all the juices and yummy liquid. Enjoy!!
Serves 6-8
- 3 1/2 pound boneless chuck roast
- 1 envelope of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1 envelope of Italian Dressing seasoning
- 1 envelope of Brown Gravy
- Baby carrots
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 celery stalk, largely chopped
- 1/2 cup water
