The Best Balsamic Dressing
This is hands down the best salad dressing and everyone I serve this to always wants the recipe so here it is. I usually make a double batch and store it in a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Serves 2-4
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
1 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1/4 cup grapeseed oil (or you can use extra virgin olive oil)
1. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT oil together in a mason jar and shake until well combined.
2. Add oil to mixture pouring just a little bit at a time, then shake vigorously. Continue to add the remaining oil and shake again. You may also use a latte frother or a whisk if you are doing this in a bowl.
3. Serve on one of your favorite salads.
